Please allow 1-3 days for shipping in-stock items. 
If your package is lost or stolen we  we will do everything we can to help track it down. If your package is stuck in transit, please contact us by emailing  info@forgottensaintsla.com. We’ll do our best to figure out how to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure to request the correct delivery address and let us know if you have special delivery preferences (e.g. requesting signature confirmation). Forgotten Saints LA cannot accept responsibility or compensate you if your package was delivered to an incorrect, but requested address. Forgotten Saints LA cannot accept responsibility or compensate for missing packages if delivery to the correct address was confirmed. However, we are glad to assist with any shipping issues you may have.

We want you to be super duper happy with the design that you purchased. 
All of our designs are one of a kind. We do offer free alterations or an exchange after 7 days of delivery. All garments must not be worn or have missing tags.
All sale items, gift cards, and items with alterations are final sales and are ineligible for exchange.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs.  We do not issue refunds.
If you have a question about sizing or fit please email info@forgottensaintsla.com and we will get you sorted. If you are local to the Orange County area feel free to set up an appointment for a fitting.

To process an exchange for gifted items, we require proof of purchase in the form of either an original order number or the original customer's account information.
All washed, worn, or damaged items, as well as any items returned after 7 days from delivery, are ineligible for return or exchange.
A lot of our items sell out quickly. If the item you have requested for an exchange is unavailable, don’t worry. We will promptly contact you and do everything we can to get you something you love, in a size that fits.
